Our Return & Exchange Policy

At Nationwide Batteries, you can return or exchange most items within 60 days of the original purchase for full refund of the purchase price and sales tax if applicable, minus the shipping charges. If the return is a result of our error on the part of Nationwide Batteries then we will refund the original shipping costs as well as cover the additional shipping costs incurred to return the item. Any returns 60 days after the original purchase date will be handled by the manufacture warranty.

Simply call our customer service department between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm PST to get an Return Materials Authorization Number (or RMA number for short). Nationwide Batteries is NOT responsible for items returned to us without this RMA number.

All items that are being returned must be in the original packaging, items that are returned are subject to a re-stocking fee if the packaging is damaged. This fee will be at the discretion of Nationwide Batteries.

If an item that you did not order arrives or an order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We will ship out the correct item to you immediately, and ask that you return to us the incorrect or defective item that you received via our UPS account.

We are here to help you find the replacement battery that you need. If you have any questions along the way, please feel free to contact us so that we may assist you. We are in the office Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm PST for immediate responses, and for any questions you have after our business hours we will respond to you the next business morning. All questions will be responded to within 24 hours of receipt.

OWe are available to check our fax machine during business hours. If you do send us a fax outside of our normal business hours, we will receive it the next business morning and respond to you at that time.

Shipping Options

Nationwide Batteries is dedicated to getting your items to you when YOU need them. We charge our shipping rates based on your order as whole, and not the dollar value of your purchase. This way you know what your shipping charge is before you check out. Standard shipping is $3.95 and we offer expedited shipping options for an additional flat rate. We only ship our items via UPS and USPS and ship them at low cost flat rates.

Ground Shipping: $5.95 (5 - 7 BUSINESS DAYS)
Priority Mail: $6.95 (2-3 BUSINESS DAYS)
UPS Two Day: $22.99 (2 BUSINESS DAYS)
UPS Overnight: $36.99 (1 BUSINESS DAY)
*Business Days are Monday - Friday excluding holidays

At this time, Nationwide Batteries is unable to accept international orders.

Our Pricing Policy

With thousands of products in our inventory, there are times when a price does not get updated as it should on our site. Our website updates every day with current pricing, however at times there can be a delay between the price we have on-line and what the actual price of the battery actually is. While situations such as this are extremely rare and do not happen often, they can happen. We apologize in advance for these errors and will make certain that you know the correct price of the battery before we process your order. We do however, reserve the right to refuse any order that comes into our system if the price is incorrect.
